The quiz was so thorough, and I loved that it took note of where I lived, how much time I spend outside, foods I eat regularly, and even how many hours I spend behind a computer screen. Who knew all of those things played a significant role in your skin health? After completing the quiz, I was able to see my results for my perfect formula. It’s so neat that you can see what each ingredient is supposed to do for your skin. I was shocked to see that location played a big part in your skin health. The online quiz took about three minutes to take.

I didn’t realize how dry my skin was. I always have to moisturize, and sometimes the dryness is what causes my breakouts. My formula included the cleanser, day moisturizer with SPF, and Night Cream. I also can’t believe I’m turning 30 in less than a week! I was only 19 when I started this blog. Aging is definitely something I wanted to stay on top of, and PROVEN Skincare has anti-aging benefits in the formula.
Your formula consists of a 3-product system! It provides your skin with everything it needs and nothing that it doesn’t. I love that because so many times, I find myself self-diagnosing my skin issues.
The cleanser is a toner and exfoliator all in one. The cleanser is creamy (perfect for dry skin!), natural, and so gentle on my skin. I love how soft and light the fragrance is. My old cleanser made my face feel so tight after washing, but the PROVEN Skincare cleanser leaves it much softer. That is how I know my skin responds well to the formula. I use the cleanser before bed and in the morning after I go for my walk.
After using the cleanser in the morning, I follow it up with the day moisturizer with SPF. I had no idea that the blue light on phones and computers could pollute your skin. The day moisturizer has anti-pollution ingredients to protect skin from UV rays and blue light.
Before bed, I lightly wash my face with the cleanser and follow it up with the night cream. The night cream is a serum and night moisturizer all in one. The cream deeply moisturizes, repairs, plumps, and firms skin all while you sleep.

Don’t know if you’ve ever tried it but I recently tried SheaMoisture Matcha green tea facial Cleanser from target. (It has kaolin, bentonite and other healthy ingredients) but my face feels soft and clean- I love it!!!
