Can you believe it’s February already?
I took a little reading hiatus there for a bit but finally feeling it again. I go in and out of reading phases. Sometimes, I spend more time cooking, watching movies, and other times I wake up, and all I want to do is read. Lately, I’ve been reading in the morning and right before bed. It really does help me sleep better at night!
When I was at the airport last week, I picked up This Time Next Year to have something to read on the plane since I forgot my book in the car. Sometimes, it takes me a few chapters before I’m hooked, but this book sucked me in. I was surprised since it was not my typical go-to genre, but it was so cute! I ended up reading almost half of the book on the flight up there, which is rare for me since I’m easily distracted on planes. I found myself relating in many ways to the main character. It’s funny how a scenario so different from your own can somehow match up to similar emotions that you’ve been feeling.

It’s so good
The last book I read was Into The Wild by John Krakauer and I loved it. It stuck with me for days after reading it. It’s a true story and I highly recommend it. Currently reading Outlawed by Anna North and it’s good so far. I read This Time Next Year in November for my Book of the Month pick and loved it! I don’t (didn’t) typically read love stories but I loved it!
I’m currently reading Circe and I’m not loving it as much as I thought I would. I’m excited to read one of these! My last book that I read and LOVED was Outlander. If you’ve watched and liked the series, I recommend the book!

1. The last book I read was “The Dark Corners of the Night” which is the third in the UNSUB series – these books are great if you like shows like Criminal Minds!
2. A good March pick would be “Before She Disappeared” by Lisa Gardner!
The last book I read was An Anonymous Girl by Greer Hendricks and the next book I’m reading this month is You are not alone by Greer Hendricks because I got both of them!
For your March book reads I just read the Lies that bind by Emily Giffin and it was quite good so I’d recommend considering that but I always enjoy your suggestions so I’ll look forward to seeing whatever you pick up! Did you see theres a new Ba PARIS coming out this summer!?
I want to read This Time Next Year! It seems so cute! Right now I am reading the Book Thief and it’s so good! I have been on a historical fiction kick lately! I really want to read Daisy Jones and the Six next!

I plan on reading both “The One” and “This Time Next Year” – I love a good romance book! 🙂 Some of the last books I’ve read were “Little Fires Everywhere” by Celeste Ng and “Where the Crawdads Sing” by Delia Owens. Both are excellent and real page-turners if you haven’t read them!
I am starting to read The Farm by Joanne Ramos. It’s about this lucrative business of producing perfect babies for wealthy families, similar to the TV series, A Handmaids Tale. I am really enjoying it.

I will be reading “This Time Next Year”. I always read romances when life gets tough. This year has been one of those years. To me a romance gets back to the heart of us as people…love.

I just finished Big, Sexy Love by Kirsty Greenwood. One of the funniest books I’ve read in a long time. It’s the story about a young woman, Olive, who lives a rather boring, no-risk life in a small town in England, yet takes on a challenge to travel unexpectedly to New York. She experiences many hilarious encounters that leave you laughing non-stop. A must read.
I will read both! They both sound great. Currently reading a thousand splendid suns.

Would love to get my hands on those! I just finished Fortune and Glory by Janet Evanovich. It’s the latest of the Stephanie Plum series. A lot funny with romance, action, and suspense.

I’ve read both of these and really enjoyed them both, especially The One. The last book I finished was The Four Winds by Kristin Hannah. A good book for March would be ‘People like her’ for a good thriller, and ‘You had me at Hola’ if you’re looking for another romance.
I have THE FOUR WINDS on hold at the library, Kristin Hannah is such a good author. Did you like her latest book?
